"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Jump rope for warm up.

Only 3 rounds completed due to time. I'm still sick, but getting better. It sure was hard to drag my ass around the gym today though.
