Afternoon workout:

CFWU x 3

45 double-unders
45 120lb snatch
135 parallel bar dips
45 double unders

55 min give or take. Broke my jumprope again. I think the conventional rope is not made to withstand a double under snap. Sooooo...I guess I will try to find a better one this weekend.
