Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Bench: 11 7 6 6 6
Pulls: 11 8 9 9 9

Comparable to last time.

CFWU x 3 less pull-ups and dips with a 30 lb wt vest.

Rehab for the back is going well. I feel stronger.
