50 pound dumbbell, walking lunge, 10 alternating steps
50 pound dumbbell, swing, 15 reps

Lunges were done with the DB over head one arm with the arm locked out. The last was done with both arms locked out over head. I was skeptical of this one at first, but it left me laying on the floor gasping for breath. Everyone that owns a dumbell, chair, jug of milk, or small child can do this one at home. No excuses!
