5k run this evening

Practiced squats in the gym:

Overhead squat
Front Squat
Back Squat

7-7-7-7-7 reps ea

45-95-105-115-135(form degradation and had to set the bar down a couple times)

135-155-165-185-195

185-215 then had to clean up and go to work.

Very slightly tweaked my back, too, so I am kinda glad I stopped there.

Gonna wear the 30lbs this evening and run the 5k around the neighborhood.
