I was fairly pumped at this point. I swear, bodybuilding is so fake. Not that I mind having swollen arms, I just think that it's overrated. After this swelling goes down, I will be back to being a pip-squeak.
Evidently I am burning muscle mass more than fat. What to do with that last bit of fat? Nothing, I don't care at this point. I started today eating like a mad man. Only the healthy stuff though. I don't think I will see much of a difference in the mirror. Who really cares? I'm sick of the f!@*ing people that judge me on how I look and just want to train harder.
