Beginning today, I am going to start with Steve's recommendation and do 100 days of the things I hate: Pull-ups. I'm also doing Push-ups cause I used to be able to knock those out better. 100 day's means adding one every day until reaching 100.

Day 1:

1 Pull-up
100 Push-ups
