Forgot to post yesterday's WOD:

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

14 round, 5 pull-ups

Compared to: 12 rounds in Sept. Things are gettin better.

Today's WOD:

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

135-185-185-185-195-185-185

These were not squat cleans, but power cleans.
