Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

CFWU x 2 less pu's and dips.

9 rounds.

Sucked ass and air.

I'm still hitting the 100 push-ems every other day, just did these during the WOD.
