A.M. workout. I think I finally broke this bronchitis thing:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
35 Wall ball shots, 12 pound ball

I had to cut it short due to time and breathing difficulty. At work now and awake. I love a good a.m. workout.

45 min including a CF wm up
