* 1 rope climb (15')
* 10 push press
* 1 rope climb
* 15 push or split jerk
* 1 rope climb
* Bench press to failure
* 1 rope climb
* 15 push or split jerk
* 1 rope climb
* 10 push press
* 1 rope climb
* 5 strict press

1300. Had jared pushing me. Makes all the difference.
