Complete as much of the ladder as possible in 7 minutes. The ladder is:

3 thrusters (M:100#/W:65#)
3 chest to bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest to bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 chest to bar pull-ups
etc.....

12 plus 10 thrusters
