After a sufficient warm-up, take 10 minutes to find your best 2 rep max thruster for the day. (Okay to use rack)
Then.........
Complete 4 rounds for time of:
* 10 thrusters (60% of 2 rep max)
* 10 supine ring rows
* 10 burpees
