1. Back squat: 5 sets X 6 reps with 60%m 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%

2. Front squat: 3 sets X 3 reps with 60%, 65% 70%*

3. Overhead squat: 3 sets X 2 reps hold bottom for 3 seconds. Use a medium to heavy weight.
