Open WOD 12.4
AMRAP 12:
150 Wall Balls (20# at 10', 14# at 9')
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups

For the 12 min I got to 35 du's. I finished the whole thing and got 23:58. I need to seriously practice my wall balls. Perhaps a daily activity for a warm up.
