24" Box jump, 50 reps
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
30 Pull-ups

250 Jump ropes for warm-up.
Of course, people got into my way. Some I just jumped in front of. Sorry! I got there first. Both hands and fucked from the Pull-ups.
Still need to knock out my Push-em-ups for today.
