Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 GHD Sit-ups
15 Back Extensions
Jump rope for warm up.
5 rounds, 15 Pull-Ups, 15 Push-ups, 3 Sit ups.
Push-ups were subbed cause I forgot my rings.
Again, someone got in my way. I guess they didn't know any better, but it's still frustrating. What a crappy day. I need to get out of this place for a week or 52. Why did I come back to Indiana???
