Wow. I subbed a 3:1 ratio of Pull-ups and dips in lieu of Muscle-ups. That sucked. I was thinking I would do this around 30 min. Nah. Not a chance.

Um, how did I do this sub-40 in May??? No fuckin clue. Granted, this was at a different gym, many globo-gymers were around, and I had a few shots of Jameson last noc before the rack. I'm ashamed. The only good thing was I got off a few kips that were good. Maybe it's been the bodybuilding?? I think it's time to get back to functional fitness. Or, at least a more Crossfit focused workout.
