30 Air Squats
20 Deadlifts (135/85)
10 Push Jerks (135/85)
Max Double-unders/Lateral Hops
-Rest 3 min after each round
Score is total number of reps completed each round
(i.e. 30+20+10+30=90 reps)
Total reps for all rounds for a final score.
