I had to do this individually dt numbers. Cut it in half. Named after a freethinker friend. Then me, Jared, and Sara did this:
AMRAP 20 min
5 HSPU
10 pistols
15 pull-ups
20m farmers walk with 1.5 pood and a 2 pood KB in ea hand.
7 rds + 4 pistols
Jared made me complete the 8th rd and so did he.

Ring pull-ups - Bulgarian
-Start narrow and widen on ascent/narrow on descent
-chin above bottom of rings.
Inverted chin-ups p 103
-inverted hang do a chin-up
-work toward a 90 deg bend in the elbows
-tuck if needed.
